Post your load once and carriers on the lane send offers with price, transit time and rating. Your company details stay hidden until you accept an offer; then a shared deal room opens for documents and messages.
Each handoff is recorded by the company that made it: who took the cargo, when and with which document. When a shipment is held, Quatlas shows the reason and the person responsible; when it is resolved, the exception closes on the same record. Proof of delivery closes the shipment where it started.
